We used to be able to do this fairly easily, but I am having problems now. I won an item that was delivered to the wrong adcress, posted neutral to get sellers attention when email failed, parcel has now turned up, and I need to change feedback. But going to desktop on my page means I can't find the Won item I need, and trying to do it on the sellers page by flipping that to desktop just sends me back to my own page. Weirdness... Help please! 😁
But a buyer used it nevertheless... My listing, and payment instructions specified bank account payment, and yet it was a ping transaction. I guess the confusion arose from me updating my card details to the new one that was activated for 2025, but still I am not interested in using Ping. So, how do I fix this?
