Hi all. Does anyone know how long it takes to get a Ping refund? I paid for item just before pick-up, but item was not as described, different brand. Agreed with seller to refund my ping payment online. Seller has not responded since 2nd January. I raised a dispute resolution and just wondering how long the dispute resolution takes.
