  • Hi I’m new to the community so hoping someone can help. I returned the original plus replacement of a document scanner because they were both faulty. I was expending a refund. Instead I was blacklisted and the seller won’t respond to my emails. I can’t understand why as they have good feedback, I was polite and complied with all of their instructions . So I filed a dispute and have to wait 6 days. I’m actually wondering what else I could’ve done and whether anyone else has had this experience?
