Followed all the steps but what is the point of a blacklist when this occurs. There was a very good reason to blacklist this member & I was under the impression a blacklist protected other members from stalking, harassment etc.
A blacklisted member was able to buy an item off me. Have refunded the money but upset over this as it should not have happened.
