I recently sold an item that hasn't yet been paid for. Buyer purchased 5 days ago. Normally I would wait longer but their feedback is terrible so I don't like my chances.  I did the usual request fees back link from the auction page. However as there were no fees to pay I just got an instant pop-up saying "success fees refunded"  My question is, does the buyer still get the auto generated email asking them to complete?  Or because there are no success fees to pay, does that email not go out now?
