Can TradeMe reprimand a Seller for sending repeated Fixed Price Offer emails after I posted negative feedback on an item that was incomplete and not as described? I got a refund but these repeated messages appear to be the seller's way of retribution for the negative feedback. Can TradeMe intervene? Should they?
