I've asked for the buyer to do exactly that. Also been in touch with courier to try to get them to ask driver to recount exactly what happened. A signature was given.......by whom??????? Have sent a copy to buyer. Many thanks for your advice!
Despite courier tracking info showing delivery was made (including photos of both my package and the delivery address, and a signature which was actually not required), the buyer says they have not received the package! I have checked the address photo against google maps and the address given by the buyer gives a matching photo of the front of the delivery address. What steps should I follow? I feel I have done everything right and this isn't my fault. Refund????!!!!
