When this happens I always ask the buyer if there is an urban address I can use, if not I ask if they can pay the difference for Rural shipping
So I recently had a buyer buy what they assumed was cards when it was a book by the same person. Anyway they have received the book and said it wasn't what they were expecting and they aren't happy. Looking back,my listing mentioned it was a book and not the cards so the buyer is in the wrong. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any advice? Thank you
