Many sellers do not specify shipping costs in their auctions, leaving the costs 'to be arranged' after the sale. In this case however, the payment amount using PING is fixed to the winning bid / buy now amount and does not allow me to add the shipping costs on top. This means, the buyer is not able to use PING along with its protection features if shipping is to be arranged after the sale and has to resolve to other, more flexible but less secure payment options.  Is this correct or am I missing something?
