I sold an item buyer paid via ping, I transferred the money out without realizing I had put the wrong suffix, contacted trade me was advised to contact bank, bank said it wont go into my acc so go back to trade me, a week later I still cant get any help. Has anyone had this happen?

It's been 3 days sonce I sold an item with buyer using afterpay, I still havn't received the money. I contacted trade me and was told it can take 2 days to show is this correct
