yes it is still happening and I also can't 'get in touch' or find live chat. so I can not access 'talk to a person'.
Currently, I am extremely frustrated as I am unable to import product listings. The bar is stuck & does not progress. Is this a system failure? I can not find any way apart from posting here on what is going wrong. 24hrs
