As we are doing more from home and not going into Postshops I am booking couriers on TradeMe using the booking page. I get quoted a courier fee but still have to then purchase packaging, usually a courier bag, at additional cost to me. If I go into NZPost shop I pay the same price but get the bag included in that price. How do others recover the cost of the packaging? The buyer needs to know the courier fee PLUS packaging cost so how can you do that transparently (& I buy via TradeMe so I would want to know) ? thanks
