Is there any way for a buyer to get Trade Me to 'nudge' a late paying buyer into paying for an item they have purchased/won other than by requesting a success fee refund? We have gone down this path in the past with the buyer making payment as a result of the contact from Trade Me but the success fee/s have already been refunded so an untidy situation results but a no fee transaction for us essentially. I seem to remember a reminder only service used to exist in the past rather than the clumsy system now in place.
