Late payment reminders

Is there any way for a buyer to get Trade Me to 'nudge' a late paying buyer into paying for an item they have purchased/won other than by requesting a success fee refund? We have gone down this path in the past with the buyer making payment as a result of the contact from Trade Me but the success fee/s have already been refunded so an untidy situation results but a no fee transaction for us essentially.
I seem to remember a reminder only service used to exist in the past rather than the clumsy system now in place.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserIf you already have your fee refund, the only way to chase up buyer now is to email them or place feedback. When it's gone on too long, I email a reminder in plain text format as html emails sometimes go to spam. Here's the blue feedback I place to nudge excessively slow buyers along, and it usually works.
"Could you please make contact and complete this trade? I've emailed several times but no replies? Your order is packed and ready, just awaiting payment. Payment instructions and links to pay by CC are in your Items I won page here on Trademe. Thanks"
