Hello, I have bought porcelain cups and saucers. After receiving the parcel, one of the cups for badly chipped. Not advertised as damaged, it was the only one I really wanted to complete my set. The seller doesn't respond to my emails. Where can I dispute the matter? Thank you.
Hello, I am afraid that "Success fees refund denied" is still sitting happily there (although the fee was refunded).
