@S if it works perfectly on the desktop site, that tells us it has nothing to do with complex systems and different companies... Instead it's simply that the mobile app team hasn't been told to fix the issue. If Desktop yes, and App no = then the problem is clear. Trademe just doesn't care.

Thanks Yvonne, you're right, it works on the desktop through a browser. Thanks for the suggestion. Not sure why it doesn't work on the mobile app but I'll do it through the desktop browser instead. Cheers.
