Thanks S. I have a message saying My Products & TradeVine would like to access my account. Are these external applications that would be accessing my account?  All due respect but I'd rather just have TradeMe work as it should without issue.  I understood in the beginning that changes would bring some hiccups but it's been months now & I'd like to be able to trade as I always have without any extra complexity.

I see your point re tax purposes & I'm happy for these fees to be separated, it's really just the need to seek out these charges that I find difficult.   It would be great to see all fees that I've paid, listed on the 'Congratulations, your item was sold' page in one view point. I had posted a response with answers to your questions this morning but it's either dropped off or didn't submit.  Either way, TradeMe support has come back to me to say it's a bug & they've passed it to the team to look at. It's affecting quite a few of my listings under the business, farming & industry category & it's both old & newly advertised listings, none of which have bids. In regard to trying on the mobile or desktop sites, I'm switched constantly anyway but when I try to switch between sites myself, I'm still directed randomly. Hi Michelle, are there any plans to fix the issue?  

My TM request was closed again saying it was solved. It's not solved. This morning I created a brand new listing & after listing & viewing the live listing I saw that a random photo (that had nothing to do with the item I'm selling) from a completely different folder on my PC had been added to the photos of my item.  No option to edit so I had to withdraw the auction. Once withdrawn, no option to sell similar & no option to relist.  These constant bugs & changes are so very frustrating. Please for the love of all, can we just go back to how it was before!

To keep this thread updated, I got my request re-opened this morning as it was marked as resolved at some point & the issue hasn't been resolved. TM have offered to do the editing for me, but I have found another 26 listings that cannot be edited.  I was randomly directed to the desktop site this morning for one of these listings & I was able to edit it. So it definitely seems to be affecting the mobile site. Hopefully TM can find the fix.
