Hi Michelle, are there any plans to fix the issue?
My TM request was closed again saying it was solved. It's not solved. This morning I created a brand new listing & after listing & viewing the live listing I saw that a random photo (that had nothing to do with the item I'm selling) from a completely different folder on my PC had been added to the photos of my item. No option to edit so I had to withdraw the auction. Once withdrawn, no option to sell similar & no option to relist. These constant bugs & changes are so very frustrating. Please for the love of all, can we just go back to how it was before!
To keep this thread updated, I got my request re-opened this morning as it was marked as resolved at some point & the issue hasn't been resolved. TM have offered to do the editing for me, but I have found another 26 listings that cannot be edited. I was randomly directed to the desktop site this morning for one of these listings & I was able to edit it. So it definitely seems to be affecting the mobile site. Hopefully TM can find the fix.
Thanks Callum. I had posted a response with answers to your questions this morning but it's either dropped off or didn't submit. Either way, TradeMe support has come back to me to say it's a bug & they've passed it to the team to look at. It's affecting quite a few of my listings under the business, farming & industry category & it's both old & newly advertised listings, none of which have bids. In regard to trying on the mobile or desktop sites, I'm switched constantly anyway but when I try to switch between sites myself, I'm still directed randomly. Hi all, I seem to have lost the option to edit a few of my listings. They only show the option to withdraw or sell similar. Anyone else having this issue at the moment? I have raised a case with TM but thought I'd ask while I eagerly await a response.

I seem to be constantly switched between the old & new sites on a daily basis now. Is this a me problem or common for all? Anyway, a bonus of this means that I noticed that I was able to see my buyers mobile number under the delivery details in the desktop site, but when I was switched back to the mobile site, it doesn't show the number. Is this how it's meant to be? I like to be able to put a number on parcels when I send them & my assumption is my buyers want me to if they put their number in the delivery details.

Hello, Is there an easy way to search my own listings as a seller? I currently do a global TradeMe search for the product & filter down by location to find my own auctions. I'm sure I stumbled across a way of searching own listings but can't find it now. Thanks!
I added My Products to my TradeMe account this week. This afternoon I noticed I have had all of my sold items relisted as well as some other unsold items that had closed previously. This has caused double-ups of current items, and I've had to withdraw a heap of auctions that were previously sold via TradeMe. Does My Products automatically relist sold items??
