If winning an auction is a binding legal contract to pay for the item, does that mean I have rights if the seller has sold the item outside of trademe AFTER the reserve had been met? I won the auction for $3130.00 - 2 hours after I emailed the seller to arrange the pickup, I was informed that the car had been sold to someone else.
