Why is it that TM in their Initial Information for Causal Sellers DID NOT state CLEARLY when the buyer pays by ping  that the service fee Includes the Postage cost as well ?????   This means for Most of the items I sell which are from .50c to $10.00  I am actually Paying a Higher Service fee than I did Before  with this new plan was put in Place.     This Stinks. So I Do Not have more of the profit that stays with me as Stated by TM.   Why then are Casual Buyers using ping    "Excempt"   from Paying a Service fee when they purchase items for $00.00 - $20.00 ??????
