Yes, I did report to Trade Me and they said, unfortunately I would need to revisit each listing and check the shipping. I did that, but still the problem recurs. Frustrating
I am still having huge issues with multiple relistings. If I try to relist all expired listings, they fail, and I get this message "You must specify shipping for each item". Same message I got last time, when I did revisit each item and listed separately. Does this mean every time I want to relist multiple items I will need to do singly?? EVERY TIME?? If I click on a single listing and select 'Quick Relist' it works perfectly. I have checked all these listings and they have courier prices set correctly in each and every one. What to do now? Any thoughts appreciated!
Thanks S. Yes, happens on an individual listing too. But only on Quick Relist. Interestingly, if you open the individual listings and just go OK on all sections (including shipping, without changing anything), then go live it works just fine. Cannot figure out why that can happen. Anyway, I'll just go through and revive each item now.
All are well inside the 45 day expiry limit - although become so if this keeps happening every time I try to re-list. I can go into each listing and just scroll through all the steps (changing nothing) and then Trade Me updates the single listing. But, very time consuming!
Thanks for trying to help. You can see the erro rmessage at top of screen.Very frustrating. Cheers, Roger
I am trying to relist 23 items that have expired. Trade Me rejects most of them with a message like "Cannot relist as all 23 items are relisted" (or similar). But they are not. Only 11 existing listings appear in my Selling list. These others appear to be lost in the ether! Thoughts? Thanks, Roger
Appreciate those thoughts. Thank you
THanks for the detailed explanation and advice AJ. Appreciated
Thank you Michelle. I still don't really understand why you say "the message is letting you know you might be limiting your listing to local buyers"? If it is visible outside the area then surely no problem? Or, am I missing something. By the way, the item in question is simply too large, and too heavy, to use the 'Book a Courier' facility. But no reason why a person buying, say, in Otago, could not get a family member to pick up.
Yes, I only started seeing that message today. I asked TM and they say it will not stop views country-wide. But is a bit disconcerting. Yes, the chair would be one that is happening with when I relist. Thanks for your thoughts.
