    Thank you Gary-NZStocked.  Might give this a whirl as buy now/no contact is the most common issue for me at the moment.  I was so sure that we had to offer a NZ bank account too.  Have a great day.

    Hi all.  I remember a while back that bank account had to be offered as a payment method.  Is this still the case? Reason being I have had a spate of no contact/no payments from authenticated buyers and success fee refunds take forever and are often declined (buyer often says they paid/will complete when they haven't/won't). Am wondering if having start=reserve=buy now and Ping only will solve the issue - will also result in addresses being sent via trademe.  I know this won't be foolproof if bidding. Most of my genuine buyers pay via Ping.  Thoughts?

    Thank you S much appreciated.  I will give this a go.  They are certainly creating some nuisance lately.     Edit:  Sadly I can't find this at all.  The Help in blue comes up but doesn't go anywhere after I click on it.  May be because I am on an Apple computer?

    63 positive (44 individual), 4 neutral, 25 negative and 2 coming from me soon.   Even some of the positives are negative comments.  How are they allowed to stay authenticated and bid?  They won two of my listings, no action etc and then I saw their feedback (they bid just before auction close so I didn't see them until too late) - feedback from last year and this year.  My question is, Contact Us goes into a rabbit hole of redirection for automated queries but no where can I find any link to report a buyers feedback? Is there no way to report this sort of thing now?  Trademe seem to be impo...

    Just tried out setting up the new template and I am completely unimpressed.  Selecting my usual courier via book a courier, the prices have jumped by $3.50 each per size.  I don't get it.  I book manually and the courier is what I always pay, for example: $5.50 small parcel in the template went automatically to $9.00 when I selected Courierpost only and cheapest option to populate.   Bugs?  I know price increases are happening in September but they aren't yet and the prices are not that high!  I won't be using it so I guess no buy now only for me.
