I've been trying to top-up my account for over a week now. Every time I do I get the error message, "Ping is temporarily unavailable". I can't add new listings, can't add gallery feature to existing listings, can't do anything because there are no funds left in our account. Even though we have a positive Ping balance. What's going on? How do I top-up?
