Hi, I listed my car on Saturday, using the 'Free Selling' offer. I chose the 'BASIC' option, which included the 'Background Check'. I also opted to pay the extra for the 'Money Owing Check'. Once I listed my car, all items on the 'background check' and 'Money Owing Check' are coming up as 'Unavailable'. This is preventing the listing of my car from coming across as a reliable offer. Can someone shine some light on this? I am losing potential buyers because of this. Thanks
