Background check on car listing
AnsweredHi, I listed my car on Saturday, using the 'Free Selling' offer. I chose the 'BASIC' option, which included the 'Background Check'. I also opted to pay the extra for the 'Money Owing Check'. Once I listed my car, all items on the 'background check' and 'Money Owing Check' are coming up as 'Unavailable'. This is preventing the listing of my car from coming across as a reliable offer. Can someone shine some light on this? I am losing potential buyers because of this. Thanks

It should automatically update on your Listing once purchased - if you've double checked the fee's charged to you in your account statement for confirmation of the Basic Listing & Money Owing Check charges, as they've not come through your best option is to contact TM staff through "Live Chat" to enquire what & where the issue may be. https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/AccountStatement.aspxIf you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
