Michelle, the postal info you posted above is incorrect.  I collected a brochure at the NZ Post counter this morning and the rates are Very small/DLE bags will start at $6.40 Small bags will start at $7.70 Medium bags will start at $9.80 Large bags will start at $10.80 Extra Large bags will start at $16.00 Rural delivery charge remains at $5.70 It is unfortunate that NZ Post can't post the new charges before the start date each year

Callum, promoting My Products is not the answer for every problem.  It's not that helpful for casual sellers with a few listings.  It's designed for those in trade and businesses.  Also not everyone knows how to search in expired listings.  It used to be available under Community but no longer.  

Category snapping Who knew ... Category snapping on Trade Me is an automatic feature where the search algorithm guesses the most relevant category for your search and limits your results to only that category even if you didn't specify one. I find it extremely concerning and irritating that it is so difficult to search for an item.  No wonder people find it so hard to sell on Trademe.  Clearly the search facility is useless in some areas.  Maybe the site upgrade should have been contracted out.

Is that why there has been almost a million less listings, according to Community/Site Stats, on the site in the past couple of weeks.  Or is that total incorrect?  Are Listings not actually going Live?  

Listing 5563694790 is not appearing when I search for Lancome Genifique.  Have searched Trademe while not logged in and asked someone else to search also.  This is not the first time I have complained about Listings not appearing in a search.  Come on Trademe, you can do better.  We are not here to waste time.  

We were also able to see the christian name of the watcher but now all that is hidden.  Why?  Why so much secrecy?

Hello Saskia, I ignored Gary's response because it was incorrect.  We could see the Christian names of the watchers on the FANTASTIC OLD WEBSITE when we came to make an offer.  It was a fast and efficient process.  Now it's the opposite.  He's either new, not a seller DIDN'T READ OR UNDERSTAND my complaint.  There is not one improvement in this new nightmare of a site.  It's a waste of time complaining because you don't get a satisfactory reply after taking forever to find the right channel under Help which doesn't cover all categories.   I would also like to know what has happened to the t...
