It's likely Software and Telecommunications network failures, a little like Beta testing of MS 2 in 1987 and sharemarket crash the same week - a serious failure of service by those selling junk systems that don't function for a wide number of reasons.

Wow, Michelle, does this mean that a buyer can have up to 90 days to pay for items? If so, which categories does that apply to? Or is it for all payments/ transactions?   That's alarming to read.

jennywiigdeals, may we suggest you message the buyer in Good Faith and hold on to the item until funds clear due to this annoying disruption to what should be smooth transition trading.   There is usually an Option to Reverse Ping payments where the item for sale and buyer details are. You may like to include Cash or NZ Bank deposit in future in your Advertisements so those options are available.
