Is this related to PING Payments perhaps and the paying 0.01 cents into those who use PING accounts? We have had occasions were we are getting pop ups telling us the amount of our Fixed Price Offers 'must' be less than the 'Buy Now" price which raises questions as to who is actually in charge of our information. Is it us as Consumers, or is it Trade Me? There needs to be clarification as to what exactly is Trade Me, and can they legally have such a control over it's users like this. Maybe some budding Legal students may like to take this on board along with other matters of questions aske...
Keith, it would be good if we could all do that. Another alternative is to go back to pen & notebook Leger style with a description of the items and details of purchaser. Sometimes those tried and true Paper based systems are more cost efficient as one doesn't need to log on to a computer, not worry about power outages or flat batteries trying to access accounts. Another option is to keep a USB dusk and itemise and detail sales that way, alas you will have to update it as you go..

Gosh AJ, you should know what survey it is that was done as oft discussed in here and as a Community Superuser must know if there's been Consumer related Survey's done for PING, Trademe & APAX partners. We don't recall seeing or partaking in one nor can seem to locate the survey results, or Questions asked of participants. Anyone who can help source these surveys it would be appreciated so we can decide for ourselves our thoughts on them.
A tip, when you message the person, suggest a timeframe that works in with your life and if it is not workable with both parties, ask for a suggestion of an alternative mutually agreeable time. Has worked for us many a time with cash payments. It's basic 101 Customer services and humanities.

Guess email providers settings auto bot pick up certain keywords and are dumping them where they choose too. AI in its advancing years needs a hit on the head out the door. Oh this sounds like it's a wider internet Communications system issue. I wonder which countries our messages are been sent through? Perhaps some of you computer coding and savvy people can find out from previous emails that did come through.
