My recent auction was won by a North Island buyer, one courier fee quoted on the listing was Courier North Island $11.43 but when I go to book the courier today after payment received the best courier rate offered on the booking is $17.64, why is the $11.43 not offered. I complained and received a credit, and was told the courier prices are a estimate, really, that is not stated any where.
