Hi, I listed a life jacket then was informed that this brand was deemed unsafe by Maritime NZ so I immediately withdrew the item, as it was the most responsible thing to do. Now I have been charged a withdrawal fee, there is no recourse available and no way to contact anyone to discuss this. Not on really considering I acted in the interests of protecting potential buyers.
