For some reason I can’t even blacklist anyone. I’ve tried using the app & the full website version but still there’s no option to blacklist anyone. You use to be able to go through settings & Blacklist but that’s gone too
I’ve had my success fee refunded but there’s no where to get trademe involved.
Yes that’s what I’ve done in the past & it gave me an option to report the buyer. I’ve searched everywhere & I can’t find where this is done now
Has it changed that we can no longer have trademe contact buyers that stuff us around? Previously you could get help from trademe & they would contact buyer. I can no longer see this option. So I have a buyer that won the auction & refused to pay & told me to suck it up! Also other sellers have problems with her & same feedback. So she can just keep doing this to other sellers & refuse to pay & continue to trade & not have her membership removed? Puts me off selling if this is the case
