Trade Me have done that to me too, they do not read, I filed a dispute but removed mind not theirs?, so therefore I could not edit it to reflect the true outcome and behaviour of this member, so now neither have feedbacks, and yet the bad behaviour of that person will continual, as no feedback on them saying what happened, to alert others?, Yes Trade Me are damaging their own site, by staff members not reading disputes etc. and just flicking off generic E-Mails, if the do read, they do not comprehend what is being said?, Why as a seller would I file a Dispute to get my own feedback removed?...

  David If you need to refund the buyer because they are un contactable, ring your bank, explain that you have money in your account & needs to be sent it back to account it came from, they can organize to send money back to account it came from, or set it up for you to transfer it back, via pay someone on your list,  (I don't know if all banks will do this, but mine will), you then have proof if needed,(bank screen shot) for Trade Me that money was refunded, along with unanswered E-mails, if it is starting to drag on way past the 7 days as in Trade Me's code of Conduct, just cancel ...

Thanks for that all, I see what you mean, you click on them and they are old profiles, Oh well. I know what they sell, which is limited in one of the categories in their area, their other listings will tell the story, probably same back ground, no doubt they will trip themselves up with that again, Makes you wonder last account not even 18 months old, how many accounts have they had before that, that have racked up a lot of bad feedback as sellers?, people not receiving parcels etc, lack of communication?

Who has the link to the new members page please?, I must be blind I cannot find it? does it still exist?, I caught someone today with a new account, because of really bad feedback on their other account barely 18 months old they just stopped using it, and I had thought they have probably created a new account, when checking my blacklist recently, Trade Me disabled it within 30 minutes after I raised it with them, as I had put an item on my watch list they were selling & got notification, I accidentally picked it up while browsing their listings?, hmm why does that back ground look familiar?...

  Sean You just use ping and pay shipping on the auctions, once seller has confirmed the combined cost they just refund the overpaid back to you, it is easy for the seller to do that, This is one from a few days ago I received from seller, Shipping that was not required, so they refunded,

It's a joke, they would not release address details for the one I applied for, as seller did not want them released to me??, seriously, since when does the seller have a say in this?, they should not even know until they get notified,they do the crime they should face the consequences?, only option left is to go to Police, Trade Me seriously failing us now, we do not get all the protection we used to, But then again, I think some of the staff are dam useless, and seem dodgy themselves,
