dorothy Just for clarification, are they NZ Post bags, or just plain courier bags?, if you have pre paid NZ post bags that are tracked you can get them picked up from your door, using this link, no need to go to a post shop, https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/bookapickup/address If you have just plain unprinted courier bags, then they are good for Trade Me where you book online and pay for the courier,
Auctions where you can pick one, are generally disliked by Trade Me, as this is where sellers can avoid fees, and sell more to buyer outside Trade Me, avoiding paying success fees, If you want to do it this way, you need to make it a multi quantity listing, so buyer can select the number of books they want, and seller then get charges the correct success fees on those books, so if buyer wants 3 out of the 10 books, they enter quantity 3, and correct fees come out of sellers account, for each book at $10, also if you are offering more within your listing that is a no no, as straight out avoi...
I get the same, for combined shipping, my usual response goes something like this, Sorry, I cannot give an estimate/quote for combined shipping until you have finished buying & E-Mailed me to let me know you have finished buying, so I can then pack your parcel & check shipping costs on your physical address you provide via Trade Me, as some addresses, I may need to use an alternative courier to get best shipping cost, David As for a single item, I carry the difference as my rates are set between the 2 main couriers, if I need to use the other courier, I have covered that expense, so they...
As above as S stated, set your price you are happy with, Once you have sold something, It is no longer yours, The new buyer can do what they like with item , which means they can also resell it, if they got it cheap to make more money, This is what auction sites are all about, buying peoples 2nd hand Junk / unwanted items, and reselling them if they know they are more valuable than they paid them for, This is why people scour garage sales, op shops etc, looking for those treasures they know they can move on and make some money, As they say one mans Junk is another mans treasure, So even if...
Lol!, I had to send a PO box parcel via NZ post this morning as Book a courier would not accept it. but correct on NZ Post site, actually I am quite enjoying the hiccups with PO Boxes, so can rid my self of old labels and Red bags, and can still book a Courier to pick up if tracked, There is light at the end of the tunnel.
Yes, you can print them out just like printing a sheet of paper in normal printer, I use A4 adhesive sheets, cut in half to A5 sheets which fits 2 DLE size labels, which I have set up in my Printer to that size, so print off one cut in half and can put the unused part back into printer, (quarter) so am getting 4 labels off 1 A4 sheet, You cannot print multiples at once, you need to print them individually, unless you snip the labels and layout on a power point presentation to get 4 at once etc. Just doing my courier bookings now, but only printing one at a time no mistakes, as only one parc...
Yvonne Hence the reason I have not changed over to it yet for the few items that need it, old templates perfectly fine for my needs,
Naomi The time for pickup is on your Courier booking page
Ferozl That does not always work, often makes no difference, Often P.O.Boxes will not be accepted at all even when they match the NZ Post site, you can even copy and paste straight from NZ Post and nope it's a no go, so just send via NZ Post Bag etc, still gets picked up by same courier, it is a hit and miss with P.O. Boxes,
I have had the same issues with PO Box Addresses, websites say correct, but just cannot book it via Book a Courier, So just use my old red post bags/Orange stickers with added tracking & book a courier pick up online, at least I can still say your parcel was couriered today, and always notify my customers it will be coming by NZ post as could not book the PO Box online, They all arrive at the intended address, I always cringe now when I get a PO Address is it going to work or not, it is really a hit and miss Lol!,
