Adrian The $11.43 is Aramex not NZ Post for best options, which you must have selected, if you filtered for only NZ post you would have got the correct $18, it appears this is your error when setting up the shipping,
Crystal Yes, there are a lot whom should be Intrade and are Not, some have been selling in same categories up to 8 -9 years,as I browse there almost daily, and still not Intrade, and sell way more than I do?, I too have reported many of them frequently, and still nothing, Considering Intrade members pay 9.9% in that category and on shipping too, and the casual sellers only pay 7.9%, it is a very unfair playing field, I too see them bidding on Auctions I am watching, and have given this Info to Trade Me as proof, and no, still not Intrade, Yet last week after the $1 res free fees, I had ite...
Donal A lot, including myself do not use the apps and choose not to get notifications on our phones for anything, except the norm, texts, We do not what to be controlled by our phones, in other words held to ransom by our devices, Some like I, only do our stuff on a real computer website, when we are ready, in our own time. although I now and then will check E-Mails (web Mail) while on bus or train, but usually answer them etc. when I get home on a computer, But if you use different browsers for different accounts, the links in E-Mails can take you to your default browser, where someone el...
Ben, That is exactly what they would have seen, and can only select what is shown there on your auction, They have no option to see or select NZ Post, It is clear they have selected the $11.43 which I now see is the 3-5 Kg weight, for both Islands, only the seller setting up the auction, sees the couriers in Yellow, buyers do not see that, In this case they have formed a contract with your $11.43, which happens to be Aramex, so you can book that, in this case the buyer is not happy with them, they are at fault for not asking before placing bid or using the buy Now, You have stuck wit...
Ben If the shipping you got is Aramex, not NZ Post, they can only select quotes from what you have on your auction, and $11.43 is a Amarex quote for a box?, which they have obviously chosen, not NZ post, So your buyer has not selected NZ Post at all, They select $11.43 without knowing what Courier, The buyer is presuming only, stand your ground, You have an Aramex Quote, they accepted it, just book with Aramex, Next time they need to ask on Auction before the bid, They cannot pacifically select a courier in this instance, they are dreaming, go and do what I have above creat...
Ben The buyers can only see what you have on your auction, nothing else, so if you had no mention of NZ post on your auction, they cannot pacifically select it, If they want NZ post they need to E-Mail you, or better ask a question on auction before they place a bid, So going by this would you be in the south Island?, This is what you got when you got your quote, But the courier names are not supplied on auction, only the prices, That price you show is for Aramex not NZ Post,
Ben Are you using the get a calculate courier costs / quote when you set up the auction?, as you will get the cheapest, or you can select, just Aramex or NZ post? as this is just calculate, you get the cheapest costs, for eg. very small bag but when it goes live you do not see the Aramex, or NZ Post, it will just show costs, so it will be what ever you put on your auction, only you will know, what they are, so if you don't have a NZ post quoted, how can they select NZ post, They can only select what you have on your auction, I am a little bit confused into what you are saying as buyer sele...
Jenquip I was thinking that, but now most carriers can provide photos and address it was delivered too, and also Location of GPS when scanned on delivery, So if NZ Post say delivered, they would have checked the GPS location etc. when it was scanned on delivery and provided the buyer with it there was one to confirm correct address,
T Those E-Mails above are for a parcel claimed not to have been delivered, but instead lost in Transit, yet in 1st post you say it was delivered and stolen? If delivered and stolen no refund from either Seller or NZ post, Information you are giving us is contradictory? So was a claim made to NZ Post for a non delivered parcel?, by you or the seller? when NZ post concluded it had been delivered the next day?, which seems strange, as once proven delivered no refund, as you claim Stolen, then no claim should have even been made to NZ Post, Buyer needs to take ownership, for not providing saf...
