Bill This mistake can easily be done, he may have only wanted the $1 reserve but not $1 buy now and wanted let it to run a week, hoping for a few more dollars, letting the market decide the final price, knowing they would get more than $1, but at end of week it would be sold, hence a quick sale, sold in a week, even in my products, when duplicating a sold auction, you change all the item product details, but forget to go down and change the reserve and remove the buy nows, and even forget to change the shipping too, hit activate and save where it will go live without realizing your mistake...

As a Seller I place feedback same day courier has picked up, my side of trade is done / completed unless there is an issue, non delivery etc.. this is part of my standard feedback letting buyers know parcel is on the way .....Your combined parcel has been picked up by courier today & is on its way A+++, Link to track your item can be found on your won Auctions & Automated Courier Booking E-Mail via Trade Me,... but weeks down the track you still get buyers asking for the tracking number as have not received their parcel, 🤦‍♀️sigh!

If the leading bid was removed with no visible question on auction and within a very short time of actually being placed, That is a sure sign possible shill bidding going on, Make sure you get E-Mails when I am out bid and then you know if top bid has been removed, also good in disputes if once out bid you have moved on and brought another, you have proof, Trade Me can check listing which can draw attention to seller if they are up to no good, as many many years ago My Auto bid was out bid, got E-Mail then minutes later a E-Mail that I won at my max bid?, no Q&A's for bid to be removed?, hm...

Yes, I save all my Book a Courier E-Mails in a folder, as now an then you do need to refer back to them, Same I save all my won and Sold E-Mails in a folder too, These days it pays to save certain things in folders, Like power / water / gas bills etc. as no longer get paper versions to file,

I have just tried to list items tonight for 10 days around closing around 8 pm, it is after 10pm here which is after midnight at home, I am getting the, The selected duration is greater than the maximum allowed message, and when you go into a product within My Products with no time selected, it is showing NZ time in the am,  it is 10:46pm here, on Trade Me in my products, it is showing 12.46am, so unable to list after10pm with set times, darn it, should have done my listings before sorting my suitcase ready to move out tomorrow morning.   

If you use my products you can edit title etc. You can change it at any time if no bids on auction,

Leone I get stupid offers too, Usual response is.... Sorry, Reserve and Buy Now as set, If they are very insulting wanting less than 50% or more, just blacklist them, they can then not ask again, some don't give in, they will try until they get what they want, last one I had a few weeks ago, wanted a $60 item for $20!!, as these types if they do buy off you, usually become problem buyers and still want a deal like free shipping etc. at the end of the day like everyone else we need to put food on the table too, Some also don't realize that the make an offer thing, is only for casual Sellers...

If you use my products, it should up date live listings if you have the box ticked, when making changes in Templates, as about an hour ago I updated my Rural costs, and My Products was not updating them, so have to open up any listings in my products and just save, (open - save, open - save, open - save.....) Same when changing listing duration's, it is is a hit and miss if my products updates them, I had to go through and change a lot manually on the actually listings, as I want all my listings to finish on Sunday,
