Thanks Michelle. The seller has refunded through Afterpay. He doesnt wants to go through with the trade. Not my fault. I didnt do anything wrong. The problem is with him not me. I have blacklisted the seller. Yes thats the listing of the floor mat or carpet. Its nice but too bad this seller cancelled the trade after payment. Thanks.

  • May created a post,

I bought a door mat from a seller in Auckland. I won the listing and made immediate payment by Afterpay. All of a sudden this seller cancelled the trade and refunded to Afterpay. When I asked why, the reply was NZ Post too expensive to post its $17.99 and the doormat was $5.99. It was stated clearly he used NZ Post and I have paid without any complaint. Does this seller has the right to cancel the trade without letting me know? I told this seller I dont mind NZ Post so long as it is not Aramex. Too expensive isnt his problem and I dont mind and paid for it. I suspect he is linked to another...

My problem is very different from yours. It is about Aramex driver bad attitude of dumping my parcels in public places and it went missing. Complaints to Aramex online fell on deaf ears. He or she is such a horrible courier person and the driver can get away with it and he can do anything he wants. I am referring to one particular driver who does this all the time and got away with it. I dont know him or her and I have never seen this driver before. But I am pretty sure it was done by the same person. Because of him or her, it affected the image of the company and other Aramex courier drivers.

Thanks for your response. Looks like I am on the loosing end. Aramex has the upperhand. I cant get hold of the NZ staff member of Aramex whom I can complain to. I have sent feedback through their website and lodged a complaint through their online form but I have not received any response. The last one when 3 parcels were dumped I lodged complaint with pictures as proof. I never heard from Aramex until 9 weeks later with an email that said case closed. They dont want to take any responsibility over their mistakes. They got away with it. If only I can show you the picture where the driver le...

Sometimes TEMU used NZ Post sometimes Aramex. The barber clippers from TEMU, they used Aramex. The sender has refunded me the money and she has filed in the claim. Its her word against Aramex not unless she has picture of the parcel to show she has written the Delivery Instructions. Aramex said the sender did not write the Delivery Instructions so they are not liable. I felt bad because I really wanted those Maori School Journals and now it is gone. Some people will take it since it was left on the footpath in the open. I am worried now as there are 2 parcels from Fishpond using Aramex and ...

I did applied for ATL to leave at Green Front Door. The problem is what if the courier delivers to the wrong address? Are they liable? I just rang Aramex customer service and all calls directed to Philippines call centre. I cant understand the heavy Filipino accent. The guy kept on saying parcel had no delivery instructions so driver left it on the footpath. The driver has no decency to leave it at the front door. The guy then said the letter box cannot fit the parcel. Aramex contradicts what they said about delivering customers' parcels to a safe place. I am appalled with the way they are ...

Seller did not leave Delivery Instructions on the parcel. Aramex left the parcel on the footpath facing the main road. The letter box has no room for parcels but only letters. The parcel is missing. I informed the seller. The seller said will lodge a claim with Aramex. In this case, is Aramex obligated to refund the seller so that the seller can refund to me?

Thank you for the information on book a courier. I am hardly a seller but more of a buyer. Yes, jigsaw puzzles are difficult to handle and I need to bring the whole box to the post shop to find out the charges, bring it home again by bus to have it wrapped and bring back again ro the post shop to send it off. All my bus fares had gone and I had a deficit from what I had sold. Now I will donate to Op shops if I happened to go there. Thank you.

  • May commented,

Yes indeed. Buyers will pay according to what was listed. Once I sold a jigsaw puzzle and estimated the postage to be $9.50 but turned out to be $14.50. I didnt asked the buyer to top up. I had to top up the difference as it was my fault not to find out the exact charges. I decided to give away my jigsaw puzzles to local sellers whom I bought jigsaw puzzles from. It is really not worth it as I had to take two buses to a post shop carried the puzzle. I have no driver's licence or children. It is very incovenient for me. How to use the book a courier online via Trademe? I have never used the ...

Thank you gentlemen for the comments. The seller has mistakenly relisted the same item. Seller has deleted the relisted item and the item is now on the way via Aramex.
