yes I had one that had been picked up by a family member and they decided they were going to keep it,so didn't front up and say they had .But the house has security cameras so they were caught in the act.I hope they got a jolly good ruckup for lying

yes,I have asked TM to remind the seller of their obligations.I would have been more understanding if they had given me a reason,but just I will be sending it Wednesday.Under the circumstances they will be getting a blue feedback

the seller finally logged the parcel on at 11.30 pm last night(Wednesday) coming from Auckland I can not expect to see it before next week,so anything up to 2 weeks sine I won and paid.This is not acceptable.
