I have successfully sold an e-bike requiring shipping by a New Zealand courier. But there are strict regulations regarding the shipping of products with a lithium ion battery because it is classified as dangerous goods.  Container must be accompanied by a dangerous goods certificate which must be signed by an authorised person.
