Kia ora Andy, sorry for the trouble, this was caused by a Samsung update that disables notification categories.No worries, there is a workaround: On your Samsung device, go to 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Advanced Settings' Scroll to the bottom and toggle on 'Manage Notification Categories For Each App' In your Trade Me app, go to 'My Trade Me' > 'Profile & Account' > 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Receiving xy out of xy notifications' Toggle on/off individual notifications
Kia ora Daniel, depending on how long it's been since you paid the seller may not have seen it or has missed your emails. It's easy for the seller to refund you via Ping. If you don't hear from the seller get in touch with us with the listing number and evidence of the bank payment, so the team can look into it. If you don't hear from the seller and haven't received the item or a refund you can file a dispute report.

To use it you'll need to be on the desktop site, go to "Calculate courier costs" or "Specify shipping costs". Buyers can see and purchase using combined shipping from both the apps and desktop site. Of course listings on the old system have always had it, so no change there.

Kia ora ignusb, there is a known issue with some listings not relisting, the workaround here is as Callum said, to create a new listing. I've added your example of this for the team to look into.
Kia ora imadeyouthink, yes, the success fee refund process you used does still send the buyer an email at this stage, even though there is no success fee to be refunded. If the buyer paid by Ping and you end up refunding them, any service fee they paid will be automatically refunded.
Kia ora alex2300 and Gary-NZStocked, this is something we're already working on, with listings that are created on our new system you can filter for "Australia" under the international filter. This feature will be available in more categories as we continue with our updates to the site.
Kia ora flossy21, I see what you're saying, this is a big change and we want people to know what the fees may be. For bidding, the messaging will adjust the fee amount to your bid (or top bid if autobid) so it's clear what you may pay.
