I hardly ever come on the community page, but notice talk about the K on sales/listings? Could someone clarify what this is, I haven't been able to find anything specific about it.
I've had a similar problem Gary. I appear to be getting multiple reserve met/ purchase complete/ paid by ping for the same sale. Usually on the same day however. But I have noticed it this last 10 days or so.
Thanks Callum. What do you mean by "snap to" search system. Never heard of this. The majority of my listings are dvds, and generally there's been a steady sales of these since I took to doing my Trade Me almost full time. These aren't something I can adjust - the title of the DVD is the item. Any advice on getting my listings seen above others, other than paying of course :)
A couple of days ago I had 2 instances of listing failure. One with wording similar to " this listing has recently been edited by another person, please refresh and try again". Only person doing this is me, but it was in a current screen. Also had problems a few days back where I was repeatedly having to log back into trade me ( on laptop) and having to go through 2 factor authentication each time. What is also noticeable is that this week I have had 11 sales, none since Wednesday ( Sunday now). I have averaged 30 plus sales a week for months. What's happening?
For what seems like forever, I have been unable to search for a product in MP and get an immediate result. It either takes over 2 minutes, or, like today, returned no response at all. I know full well I have the product, and it's currently listed, but a search gets no confirmation.
Am I the only one? This is on My Products only. The bar shows loading but waiting one minute or longer and more often than not won't load. I have to close down the window and start again. Frustrating. Photos subsequently load, so there's nothing wrong with them.
I haven't clicked any box that appears on the screen to give me options. It doesn't appear for me for whatever reason. What I am saying is that I am going into MP, writing up new auctions and using the specify shipping costs. It doesn't save this for the next auction. Flossy. There is an option apparently, that allows you to opt out ( a box appears on screen) and you can revert back to the old. However, I'm not able to click this link because the whole box doesn't appear on my screen. What I have reverted to doing this morning is writing up new listings on MP using the shipping options provided ( not by choice) and I don't upload, but save and deactivate. I then go back into MP and choose the products I have just written and do a bulk shipping edit using "specify shipping". I list mostly dvds so they are all the same. I have just attempted a standard auction in MP and it is only giving me template options. All my relists this week have gone to the template option and taken out combined shipping option, and the options I had available to send multiple dvds like 1-4 dvds, 5-9 dvds etc.( the majority of my listings). No wonder my sales are down. No one wants to way $4.10 shipping for every dvd I sell. I was of the understanding that this was for buynow only auctions. Yet it has done a blanket template option for all my listings. Not happy.
