I've never found people paying by ping to be more difficult. Quite the opposite actually. The buyers I've had pay by ping recently were really polite and nice to communicate with. You can tick cash for pick up options if you wish. That is still accepted.
Hi Howold. It was all on this community page in various threads quite some time ago when the new look started to come in. Whether or not they are still there I don't know. The message board gets tidied up by trade me over time to remove duplicate or outdated posts.
Just food for thought. Not an opinion. Yes the success fees have added up for everyone over a very long time. Now it's changing to ping fee for sellers and a smaller service fee for buyers.
So if some sellers decide to refund the service fee are all others expected to follow. Even the sellers who don't follow the message board who would be surprised by the being asked by a buyer to give their service fee back. If everyone got on board with this it would seem to negate the initiation of this fee entirely. But the only ones who would lose money over time would be the casual sellers. It all slowly adds up. Unless a seller says they are offering a refund but have added the small fee to their auctions. no one would be the wiser if they did. Trade Me of course will still be collecti...

Hi Elizabeth. I have also had this strange number count happen on and off for the past few months. It is as if the count is not keeping up with what I relist? If I wait an hour or two, or until the next day it seems to catch up and correct the numbers. I just make sure I count how many items I have actually relisted without looking at the numbers. If my unsolds disappear I wait a while again and they correctly appear later. Very odd indeed.
Hi Beryl. Deleting your won item won't remove the feedback so don't do that. I'm not sure why the help page is not working for you? If you go to the top of this page and click on buying and selling you will then find the feedback option in help. give it another try perhaps?

Hi Beryl. Deleting your won item won't remove the feedback so don't do that. I'm not sure why the help page is not working for you? If you go to the top of this page and click on buying and selling you will then find the feedback option in help. give it another try perhaps?
