it has been "off line" for 4 weeks now. the Help file does not help at all.  We need a human but cant contact one. HOW do we get to communicate with a human?

I repeat. How do we get contact with a HUMAN at Trade Me. please dont say go to the Chat Bot as It says "off line". We a tired of trying to contact a human to get answers to fixing several problems.
