Robyn, Have you managed to go back to your own template - I don't seem to be able to?
That is really strange. Can you do it from the confirmation email?
Why don't they just make it easy?
Yes Gary you can make a booking from the mobile site, but as I stated you cannot print it - I have to go to my emails and print from there. I don't get any security message. Why can't I just print from the mobile site as I can from the desktop site, or why don't they just fix the thing?
It isn't unknown for a courier not to scan items on pick up. However, tracking usually shows up at the parcel's next stage of the journey. Did you just send one parcel on that day?

To use Shipping templates your listings need to meet the following criteria: You must be an in-trade seller It must be a Buy now only listing (i.e. no auctions) The item must be sent via courier (i.e. no freight or bulky items or items heavier than 25kg).
Perhaps you could get in touch with Trade Me and ask them if they could get in touch with the buyer for you. By the comments that you received from the buyer it doesn't sound as if he was that keen on the item - perhaps he found it too difficult to pick up or life simply got in the way.
Did you actually activate it? My listings suddenly came up with AfterPay a while ago and I don't believe I activated it. Got in touch with Trade Me who eventually deactivated it from my listings, took sometime though.
