Hi there again, received your response regarding i can contact trademe, however there is NO email address i can write to as the selling history has been removed after 45 days, which i do not understand why there's such policy as this causing problem for our refund procedure as there's no button i can push as this original transaction do not shown in " SOLD" listing
Hi there, Recently I sold an item in August 21, that buyer did not reply, did not follow up until now due to lockdown. Success fee has been deducted, however I found my selling history has been removed that I am unable to proceed refund procedure, please help. I wish to relist and get refund for success fee, thanks
