Nzpost still sells signature required post even though signatures are not being collected under covid non contact delivery rules, its just treated as a normal tracked delivery... I have told them thats fraud and they should stop selling signature post.... Will they stop? Nope, not on your nelly.

Seriously wasting your time, trade me may not work but end of day the drivers dont care, its going in your letter box or left at front door. Trust me i have taken this to task with nzpost and aramex and its just not a happening thing.

I have been chasing this around, IF the instructions get to the seller AND they put them on the package THEN there is still no guarantee its going to get to the correct place. My courier absolutley REFUSES to go to my back door whether pickup or drop off as requested.. trade me is broken (1) they say email the seller (2) log into nzpost and do it yourself (3) and still not gonna happen because the driver is a cnut. Aramex is no better.

Yeah, good to know it may be faulty. I pain stakingly tap in "leave at back door" on every purchase and as yet not a one has made it there. Didnt know if it was the seller not passing tbe info onto courier of courier just not giving a damn. Lost a package today cos courier signed my name for it (FRAUD) and left it on the front door in plain view of the street. I was out an hour and it was gone.
