Thanks for your help I will try adding the card then deleting it afterwards. I have tried the blue speech icon and it has been a disaster. So far the staffer has blamed my computer, cookies, app (which I do not use), internet browser, and now my bank. Hi S, Still not working and nothing is showing up anywhere. I haven't saved my details to the system as I do not see the point: if all sales are being forced through ping then trademe will take the fee straightaway so I would not have a need to top up my account at any point (and I am not interested in buying anything). I am using a normal visa credit card and I do not have the app, I have only been using the desktop. According to trademe "help" it is possible to top up an account using a bank transfer that could take up to 3 working days to appear but I am not wanting to go down that road....

Thanks for that I will have to wait a few days to see if anything changes. I thought it was the bank transfers that were meant to take longer. I never saw a confirmation page so am not entirely sure that it even went through. Nothing is showing on my credit card. This whole process feels way to complicated and difficult given all I want to do is list items I no longer need.
