Thanks for the help. The problem is that the **“Transfer out” button is greyed out and I can’t click it**. My Ping balance still shows $0.00, even though I received the $0.01 verification payment three days ago. I made a manual transfer out initially, before receiving the $0.01. I can see the bank account but I have no option to initiate the transfer again. Is there anything else I need to do to release the funds from the holding account?
