Does Trade Me have customer support agents?  I transferred my ping balance to my bank account on Wednesday (27/05) - Later that day i got a deposit but it was only 1 cent. My ping balance is $0.00, not sure what the issue could be here and Trade Me's lack of communication is appalling.
