I sold an item and was paid via ping, I purchased something with the money and got an email from trade me safety team asking me to verify the ping payment and my purchase is on hold. It says to get the 4 digit code from my bank statement but the ping balance isnt from my card its from a sale. How do I verify it and sort this out? I tried to use the 4 digit code that was on my statement from when I bought something off my card before this but it didnt work. Now what to do?
