Kia Ora kssmn,
This message usually means TradeMe have put a 1cent payment into your Bank account with a new code, as you've experienced before, double check your Bank account that you have registered with TradeMe for a new 1cent deposit, if none select the blue speech bubble Bottom Right of your screen > select either 'Leave a message for the team' for email correspondence Or 'Request a call' a staff member will be able to verify you. - Purchases can be flagged for verification as an extra security step if unusual activity is detected in your account, if it's a payment of a larger amount than usual or a New payment method entered which in this case it has been if you haven't purchased using your Ping account previously. - Cheers.

Yeah they messaged apologizing for the confusion, the email was meant to ask me to verify my identification which I have done. What happens next? And how will they let me know when they have approved my purchase?sorry new to all of this

Thanks kssmn,
I'm pleased you've had contact allowing progression of your purchase,
As soon as your verification is processed your Seller will be emailed to release your purchase so you should hear from them - if TradeMe require further info' they will email you back. - If you have a 7digit request number near the top of the email you were sent, - you can follow what's happening by selecting 'My Requests' at the Top Right of Community & Help pages, there will be a status at the end of the subject line. If you need to make an enquiry just select the subject line to open it up where you can correspond. - As a staff member has been in touch this should continue to resolve quickly for you. - Cheers.

3 days later and i am still getting request after request
This is ridiculous. The first thing that was asked of me was to provide proof of identification as they had put a hold on my items i had purchased. They replied 24 hours later thanking me and then asked for receipts from 2 of my items which I provided and then 24 hours later they reply thanking me again and then ask for a receipt for the 3rd item which I then supplied now I got a reply today thankng me asking for all the items in one photo which I now cant provide as all items are currently making their way to the buyers 1 was sent yesterday and the other 2 were dropped of at the post office. I don't thinkni will sell on here again. It would of saved a lot of time if they had requested all of this in their initial email. Im so over it0 -

Sorry to read you're going through all of that hassle,
Yes! to be requested all that was/is required in the first email and advising the correct information they were after in that first email would have been the professional response expected from the company holding up the release of your purchase also - Extremely bad handling from the start! - You shouldn't have to go through this again once finally verified, this is usually a 1 off verification unless unusual behaviour is noted in your account coming forward. - All the Best.
